Jubilee Park awaits as the Cooks Reserves complete their campaign with an away game against Huntingdon Town. The hosts go into the game in 12th, just one place and one point above the Cooks, with eleventh being the highest either team came aspire too this season.
Cogenhoe won the reverse fixture early in the season with a convincing 3-0 scoreline as Jessi Obeng (25), Nathan Jones (41) and Shad Reza (60) all hit the target for the Cooks. Our squad has changed a lot since that day with just four of the fifteen used that day in line to play tomorrow.
The U18s scheduled game at Whitworth Red in the Jaymann Shield was postponed yesterday after the home side withdrew from the competition. This means this and their final game at Corby have been awarded to their opponents so the Steelmen win the group and go into the semi-finals. We do still have a scheduled league game at Bedford Town next week (5th April) but their is some doubt over whether the home team will actually play the game, so I will endeavour to keep you up to date on this game next week.
