The Cooks love to leave it late before their matches and for the third time in four games the three points were decided in stoppage time. After an uneventful first half, it was the visitors who opened the scoring through player-manager Justin Marsden midway through the second period and it was looking like this might be enough to secure the win for his team, but sub Josh Jones fired home with a great finish from 25-yards out to level things up on 86 minutes and then with five-minutes of stoppage time already played, centre-back Brad Ilunga turned on a sixpence on the right-side of the box and dinked over a perfect cross that in-form striker Jack Connor headed home at the far post for his fourth goal in four games.
