Cogenhoe Veterans host Open University on Sunday which is the first of 4 consecutive home games on the Compton Park back pitch.
The Cooks come into the game after a superb win away at Tattenhoe Rangers in a cup match last Sunday.
Cooks are now top of Division 3 after point adjustments by the league were made when the game at Upper Heyford was awarded as a walkover to Cogenhoe. Having not conceded a goal in the last 4 league games, Cogenhoe have a plus 53 goal difference.
Open University sit 11th in division 3 with 9 points from 10 games with a minus 30 goal tally.
After losing 4-2 in a cup match at Wingrave last Sunday, Open University might be glad to get back to league action after winning 3 games on the trot recently, to lift themselves up from the bottom of the table having scored 10 goals with 5 against.
