The Cooks will travel to our old Premier Division friends and rivals Boston Town in the third round of the Sports Ground Development Knock-Out Cup on a date yet to be arranged. So far they have beaten Grantham Town Academy 7-1 and they reached this round with a 2-1 win over Kimberley Miners Welfare last Saturday, with both games being played at Tattersall Road.
Always a friendly welcome and a tough game at their place, with Tattersall Road being one of the few remaining ‘old-style’ football grounds left in our league.
