The Cooks hit eleven goals for the second Sunday running, this time against over-night leaders AFC Sherington as an incredible 14 goals hit the back of the net at Compton Park. Steve Carroll just can’t stop scoring as he netted an individual tally of 7 to take his seasonal tally to 15. Paul Carroll bagged himself a brace along with singles from Mark Dent and Ollie Reynolds. The win takes the unbeaten Cooks to the top of the table and was their sixth straight victory in all competitions.
Next week they head in the direction of Aylesbury to face mid-table Wingrave hoping to continue their amazing start to the season.
